About the company:

Robot learning has hit the wall language models hit before the internet was scraped: not enough data. We exists to fix that. We operate India's first robotics data factory, collecting egocentric, UMI, and dex UMI data in real industrial environments for the world's leading robotics and frontier AI labs. The models that will run the physical world are being trained now, on data like ours.

About the role:

Work directly with the founder on the work that has no natural home yet. Some weeks that's investor materials and data room discipline during a live fundraise; some weeks it's standing up a metrics dashboard the whole company runs on; some weeks it's incubating a function until it's heavy enough to deserve its own head, then handing it over cleanly. The job is leverage, and it's temporary by design; everything you build well, you eventually give away.

What you'll own:

• The operating cadence of the founder's office.
• The weekly metrics spine: factory yield, supply fill rate, quality acceptance, and burn.
• A rotating slate of special projects, taken from ambiguity to owned outcome without much hand holding.

Who you are:

• Two to five years at an early stage startup or a top consulting firm, and restless in the best way.
• Write clearly, model competently, and can walk a factory floor in the morning and rewrite an investor update that evening.
• Comfortable that success looks like working yourself out of every project you touch.
• Want a front row seat to how a company is actually built, in exchange for carrying real weight.
